The working principle of the capping machine is to open the hand-operated valve to connect with the air source. Adjustment method for the cap head:
Loosen the copper core positioning screw inside the nozzle holder, rotate the copper core to move it up and down. Generally, adjust it so that when the nozzle is inserted into the holder, it is slightly lower than the lower plane by 20~30 threads. The specific adjustment position varies depending on the nozzle.
