The perfume crimping machine is a kind of clamping type cap closing machien.It is suitable for cap closing of spray type mental caps. The working principle of the capping machine is to open the hand-operated valve to connect with the air source. Place the glass bottle with the nozzle in place into the capping head, step on the pneumatic switch. The rising platform straightens the bottle, and at the same time, the cylinder pushes the capping head

Adjustment method for the cap head:

Loosen the copper core positioning screw inside the nozzle holder, rotate the copper core to move it up and down. Generally, adjust it so that when the nozzle is inserted into the holder, it is slightly lower than the lower plane by 20~30 threads. The specific adjustment position varies depending on the nozzle.
